-"SIeNERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, DENYING
THE APPEAL OF GREGG LOMBARDI AND AFFIRMING
MONROE COUNTY PLANNING COMMISSION RESOLUTION
NO. 19-88.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. Mr. Gregg Lombardi, appellant and owner of tract
A, Ramrod Shores 3rd Addition, Ramrod Key, MM 27, timely appealed
Planning Connnission Resolution No. 19-88 to this Board. That
Resolution affirmed the administrative decision of the Planning
Director to deny Mr. Lombardi a permit for a dock - or fishing
pier in the phraseology of Mr. Lombardi - at the just described
site.
Section 2. This Board, having examined the record below,
heard the arguments of Mr. Lombardi and the planning staff, and
otherwise being fully advised in the premises, has determined
that no error below has been made to appear. Therefore, the
appeal of Gregg Lombardi is hereby denied and the decision of the
. ,
Planning Commission in Resolution 19-88 is hereby affirmed.
Section 3. The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to
forward a certified copy of this Resolution to the Department of
Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 9th day of January, 1990.
