RESOLUTION NO. 034 -1990
A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE MAYOR/CHAIRMAN OF THE BOARD TO
EXECUTE A CONTRACT AMENDMENT BETWEEN PRETRIAL
SERVICES RESOURCE CENTER AND THE MONROE
COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Mayor/Chairman of the Board is
hereby authorized to execute a Contract Amendment between
Pretrial Services Resource Center and the Monroe County Board of
County Commissioners, a copy of same being attached hereto.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held

CONTRACT AMENDMENT

Pursuant to Article VII of the September 1989 contract between the
Pretrial Services Resource Center (PSRC) and the Monroe County
Board of County Commissioners (MCBCC), the parties hereby agree to
amend said contract to read as follows:

Article V, section H is amended to read: "Only
projected costs incurred on or after the effective
date, September 1, 1989, and on or prior to the
termination date, September 30, 1990, of this
Contract are eligible for reimbursement."
The parties have entered into this amended agreement on the day
and in the year written below. The individuals signing below
warrant that they have the authority to sign for and on behalf of
their respective parties to the contract.
