RESOLUTION NO.
067 -1990
A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLTUION NO. 527-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items under the Supplement to the
General Fund #002 Monroe County, Florida, for Fiscal Year 1988/89 to
account for unanticipated funds received from Donations to the
Marathon Library, and;
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No. 527-1989,
passed and adopted on September 20, 1989, due to erroneous account
numbers, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the version of the unanticipated revenue previously
setup in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year 1988/89 in
Resolution No. 527-1989, passed and adopted on September 20, 1989, is
hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 24th
day of January, A.D. 1990.
