A RESOLUTION APPROVING A FINAL PLArr WITH AMEND-
MENTS AND AUTHORIZING Tfffi MAYOR TO EXECUTE
THE AMENDED PLAT FOR LITTLE CRAWL KEY

WHEREAS, the Major Conditional Use project is comprised of 25
;5ingle family lots, 16 dock lots on Tracts A-D, and is known as Little
Crawl Key and has been recommended for approval by the Monroe County
Planning Commission, and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners has followed their
recommendations with some amendments, and;
WHEREAS, the final plat has been amended to reflect those changes,
and;
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County
approved the subdivision and final plat and subse,quently, by
resolution, amended their direction to the Monroe County Clerk to
immediately record said plat, and;

WHEREAS, the final plat must be signed by the Mayor and recorded,

once the county attorney has approved the improvement guarantee, and; I
WHEREAS, the county attorney has approved the improvements

guarantee, therefore:
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMTSSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
1. The Mayor is hereby authorized to execute said final plat;
2. We hereby direct the Monroe County Clerk to file the executed
plat in the County Records.
3. The Monroe County Clerk is also hereby directed to forward
a copy of this resolution to the Department of Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the 24th
day of January, A.D., 1990.
