RESOLUTION NO. 143 -1990
A'RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
~~DNERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, ABOLISHING
'~ PROJECT ADVISORY COMMITTEE AND RESCINDING
~MOTION OF FEBRUARY 3, 1987, CREATING THE
WHEREAS, February 3, 1987, the Board of County Commission-
ers, by motion, established a Project Advisory Committee for the
Emergeney Medical Serviees Study and Master Plan; and
WHEREAS, the Emergeney Medical Services Study and Master
Plan has been eompleted and implemented; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is desirous of
maintaining an orderly establishment and function of various
Boards and Committees; and
WHEREAS, on January 10, 1990, the Board of County Commis-
sioners determined that certain Boards and Committees whose
functions and purposes were no longer eurrently needed, in
eontext of their original authorization; and
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is desirous of
reestablishing those eertain Boards and Committees, only in
eontext of the then current need and purposes, at any time in the
future; now, therefore
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
1. That the Board of County Commissioners hereby dissolves
the Projeet Advisory Committee, formed to aid the Emergency
Medical Services Study and Master Plan, and rescinds its motion
of February 3, 1987, ereating the same.
2. That if in the future, sueh eommittee requires reestab-
lishment, sueh reestablishment shall be in the then eurrent
context of need and purpose.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held
