A 1tESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SJNOERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,
'AJJ~ORIZING THE TERMINATION OF THE CONTRACT
~G~EMENT BETWEEN MAID FOR YOU AND MONROE
CCOeNTY CONCERNING JANITORIAL SERVICES FOR THE
PLANTATION KEY GOVERNMENT COMPLEX.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners is dissatisfied
with the cleaning services provided by Maid For You at the
Plantation Key Government Complex, and
WHEREAS, Section 6 of the contract between Maid For You and
the County provides that "either of the parties hereto may cancel
this agreement by giving the other party thirty (30) days written
notice of its intention to do so," now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED by the Board of County Connnissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, that the Board hereby authorizes
termination of the contract dated April 4, 1989 between Maid For
You and Monroe County.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the P- day of ~"'t:.h , 1990.
