NO. 087-1990 WHICH APPROVED THE
PLANNING DIRECTOR'S BOUNDARY
INTERPRETATION NUMBER 51, LARGO

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners reviewed
Boundary Interpretation No. 51 and voted to uphold the
Director of Planning's decision, which found that the
Land Use District maps were in error; and
WHEREAS, due to the fact that there were typographical
errors in the underlying staff report upon which the
Board based its Resolution No. 087-1990, and
WHEREAS, the Board now therefore desires to rescind
said Resolution No. 087-1990 and
enter into a new
corrected Resolution:
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA THAT:
1) The administrative decision of the Planning Director
in Land Use District Map Boundary Interpretation
Number 51, dated January 11, 1990, which recommended
approval is hereby found to be flawed and is there-
fore rescinded; and
2) The Clerk of the Board is hereby directed to forward a
certified copy of this resolution to the Florida Depart-
ment of Community Affairs.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners
of Monroe County, Florida, at regular meeting of said Board
held on the 20th day of June, A.D., 1990
