A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMIS-
SIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, AUTHORIZ-
ING THE CLERK TO PAY RENTAL PAYMENTS TO
VICTOR DEMARAS FOR A MONTH TO MONTH LEASE FOR
CERTAIN REAL PROPERTY IN MARATHON.
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Clerk is hereby authorized to
pay Victor DeMaras the consideration of $3,755.00 monthly for the
use and occupancy for temporary storage of abandoned vehicles of
the following described real estate:
A parcel of land within Industrial Subdivision as shown
by a plat recorded in P.B. 3, at page 132 of Monroe
County Florida Public Records, and as outlined in
Exhibit "A" attached.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a regular meeting of the Board held on
the 20th day of August, 1990.
