RESOLUTION NO. 445 - 1990
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200,
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on september 24,
1990, at 5:05 P.M. at Key Colony Beach City Hall, Key Colony
Beach, Florida, to amend and adopt a Final Millage Rate for each
district for Fiscal Year 1991, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the following Millage Rates be
adopted as the Final Millage Rate for Fiscal Year 1991, and is
hereby adopted as follows:
General Revenue Fund
Fine & Forfeiture Fund
Health Clinic
Monroe County Unincorporated District
Municipal Service Taxing District #5
Municipal Service Taxing District #6
Translator
Upper Keys Health Care Taxing District

BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the aggregate millage rate be
adopted as the Final Aggregate Millage Rate as 6.6803 for Fiscal
Year 1991 which is 12.73% over the rolled-back millage rate.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the County Admin-
istrator of said Board, is hereby directed to certify the above
Adopted Final Millage Rates to the Tax Collector, the Property
Appraiser, and Department of Revenue.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of
Monroe County, Florida, at a meeting of said Board held on the
24th day of September, A. D. 1990.
