RESOLUTION NO. 440

WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Monroe County,
Florida, pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200,
Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 24,
1990, at 5:05 P.M. at Key Colony Beach City Hall, Key Colony
Beach, Florida, to amend and adopt a Final Budget for Fiscal Year
1991, for each county fund, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF
MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the Budget be adopted as the Final
Budget for Fiscal Year 1991, summarized as follows, and is hereby
adopted.
