RESOLUTION NO. 470

A RESOLUTION RESCINDING RESOLUTION NO. 645-1989
WHEREAS, it is necessary to increase items to account for
unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal
Year 1990 and to create new items under said budget, and
WHEREAS, it has become necessary to rescind Resolution No.
645-1989, passed and adopted on November 1, 1989, due to
erroneous errors, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, that the receipt of unanticipated funds
previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year
1990 in Resolution No. 645-1989, passed and adopted on November
1, 1990, is hereby rescinded.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe
County, Florida, at a regular meeting of said Board held on the
3rd day of October, A.D. 1990.
