derelict vessel removal.

Dear Ms. McGee:
Enclosed are three original copies of the Amendment to the Grant Agreement for the
Derelict Vessel Removal Grant Program. After you have reviewed and understand the terms
and conditions of the project Amendment, please have the person authorized to sign all three
Amendments, complete, sign, date, and return to this office no later than June 18, 2001. Our
fiscal year endsJune 30, 2001.
After all three original Amendments have been received by this office, the Amendments
will be processed for execution and one original Amendment will be returned to Monroe County.
Once you receive an executed Amendment, you may begin expenditures toward your derelict
vessel removal project.
Please note that your deadline for completion of work under this Amendment to the
Agreement is November 17, 2001. You may reach me at 850-410-0656 ext. 173, should you
have any questions.

AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
THIS AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT is entered into by and between the FLORIDA FISH
AND WILDLIFE CONSERVATION COMMISSION ("COMMISSIONB), and MONROE COUNTY
("GRANTEEB), and amends that Agreement entered into between the COMMISSION and the
GRANTEE dated October 5, 2000, and hereinafter referred to as the "ORIGINAL AGREEMENr.
In consideration of the mutual covenants and conditions set forth herein and in the
ORIGINAL AGREEMENT, the parties agree to amend the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT as follows,
which amendments shall govern to the exclusion of any provision of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT
to the contrary:
1. Paragraph 3.a. is hereby revised to increase the cost reimbursement not-to-exceed
amount from $71,791.04 to $91,791.04, an increase of $20,000.00.
2. Attachment A is hereby revised to include Attachment A-1, attached hereto and
made a part hereof.
3. Attachment a, Exhibit 1, is hereby revised to increase the amount of the grant from
$71,791.04 to $91,791.04.
4. All references in the original agreement to section 216.3491, F.S. are hereby
replaced by section 215.97, F.S.
All provisions of the ORIGINAL AGREEMENT not specifically amended herein shall remain
in full force and effect.
IN WITNESS WHEREOF, the parties have executed this AMENDMENT TO AGREEMENT
on the date and year last written below.
