The Florida Keys Council for People with Disabilities is pleased to present its award for
outstanding service to disabled persons in Monroe County to Harold Wheeler, Tourist
Development Council and Clinton Barras, floridakeys.com.
These awards recognize their awareness and commitment to the marketing potential of
the Florida Keys as a unique destination for disabled travelers.
The innovative internet/website technology used to assist hearing or visually -impaired
individuals is part of a well -designed and user-friendly website for all potential Florida
Keys visitors.
On behalf of the 17,000 disabled citizens of the Florida Keys, these plaques are presented
to Harold Wheeler and Clinton Barras with sincere gratitude for their interest,
compassion and dedicated service.
