A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS, it is necessary to conduct a public hearing as required by section 129.03, Florida Statutes, to amend the Local
Housing Assistance, Fund# 153 for the fiscal year beginning October 1, 2010, and ending September 30, 2011, now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, that a Public Hearing was
conducted on April 20, 2011, at 3:00 p.m. to amend the Local Housing Assistance, Fund# 153 budget and to adopt an amended
budget as follows:
