A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2013
WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners,Monroe County,Florida, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapters 129 and 200,Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 13, 2012, at 5:01 p.m. at
the Harvey Government.Center, 1200 Truman Avenue,Key West,Monroe County,Florida,to amend and
adopt a Final Millage Rate for each district for Fiscal Year 2013,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA,that the following Millage Rates be adopted as the Final Millage Rates for Fiscal Year 2013,
and is hereby adopted as follows:

Aggregate Millage Rate is 4.0356 for Fiscal Year 2013 which is lower than the rolled-back millage rate of
4.1443 by-2.62%.
