A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2014
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Monroe County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 4, 2013, at 5:05 p.m. at
the Murray Nelson Government Center, 102050 Overseas Highway Mile Marker 102, Key Largo, Monroe
County, Florida, to amend and adopt a Tentative Millage Rate for each district for Fiscal Year 2014, now,
therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the following Millage Rates be adopted as the Tentative Millage Rates for Fiscal Year
2014, and is hereby adopted as follows:

Tentative Aggregate Millage Rate is 4.0167 for Fiscal Year 2014 which is higher than the rolled -back
millage rate of 3.9125 by 2.67 %.
