A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL MILLAGE RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2015
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners, Monroe County, Florida, pursuant to the provisions of
Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 11, 2014, at 5:05 p.m. at
the Harvey Government Center, 1200 Truman Avenue, Key West, Monroe County, Florida, to amend and
adopt a Final Millage Rate for each district for Fiscal Year 2015, now, therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS, MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that the following Millage Rates be adopted as the Final Millage Rates for Fiscal Year 2015,
and is hereby adopted as follows:

BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the aggregate millage rate be adopted as the Final
Aggregate Millage Rate is 3.9386 for Fiscal Year 2015 which is higher than the rolled -back millage rate of
3.8331 by 2.75 %.
