aeronautical activities lease on Parcel A (exhibit attached) at the Florida Keys Marathon
International Airport.
ITEM BACKGROUND: Parcel A consists of 55,800 sq. ft. of open space at the Florida Keys
Marathon International Airport. It is located on the airfield between the El Paso Partners, LLC
hangar and the MCSO Trauma Star hangar as depicted in Exhibit A. The Airport would like to
solicit proposals for an aeronautical activities lease for Parcel A.
