AGENDA ITEM WORDING:
FKAA invoices for the fiscal year (to include), relating to the
Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System Project. The invoices under $50,000 are being provided for
information only.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
To identify expenditure of County funds advanced to the FKAA pursuant
to the terms of the Interlocal Agreement for the Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System. The terms of
the amended agreement state that all related invoices and supporting documentation shall be
submitted by the FKAA to the County Engineering Department for review and approval, and
thereupon to the Clerk's Finance Department. As per County Ordinance and the County's own
purchasing policies and procedures, the BOCC retains final approval for all invoices/contracts.
These invoices under $50,000 (as per attached) are all invoices submitted by the FKAA for the
Cudjoe Regional Wastewater System for January and total $97,860.72.
