AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval of Amendment Two to the Lease with Keys Churches,
LLC, for the Pearl House of Worship revising which rooms are reserved for the use of the owner.
There is no cost impact.
ITEM BACKGROUND: This Amendment Two memorializes an agreed exchange of equal sized
rooms to improve efficiency and minimize possible conflicts. Social Services has reviewed and
agreed to the exchange of rooms.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: At its September 2018 meeting, the BOCC approved
a three (3) year lease of the property with three . The
remainder of the property is to be used as a Social Services office and meal site. At its November
2018 meeting, the BOCC approved Amendment One that corrected a payment address and accepted
responsibility for the existing Comcast data service as a County utility expense as a part of the
contract.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES:
Yes - revises paragraph 1 of Lease and a revised Exhibit B.
