West for the Charter Boat Row Sidewalk Replacement project in an amount not to exceed $58,000
from DAC I FY 2019 Capital Resources
ITEM BACKGROUND: Attached is a flow chart outlining the process for the funding of Public
Facilities for TDC Capital Funding in accordance with the conditions as set forth in F.S.
125.0104(5)(a)(6.) These conditions include:
1) The use must be approved by a vote of at least two thirds of the BOCC
2) An independent analysis, performed at the expense of the TDC, must demonstrate
the positive impact of the infrastructure project on tourist related business in the
county.
3) No more than 70% of the cost of the project may be paid by the TDC
