RESOLUTION NO. 438 -2019
A RESOLUTION OF THE MONROE COUNTY BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS RESCINDING THE RESERVATION OF FIVE (5)
AFFORDABLE ROGO ALLOCATIONS FOR EMPLOYEE DWELLING
UNIT ON KEY LARGO FOR MONROE COUNTY ON PROPERTY
DESCRIBED AS PART TRACT `E' AND PART OF ABANDONED ST.
CROIX PL., PORT LARGO, KEY LARGO, REAL ESTATE NUMBER
00453440-001100.
WHEREAS, the Board of County Commissioners (BOCC) approved Resolution 198-2019 for the
reservation of five Affordable Housing allocation awards consisting of four(4) low income and one(1)very
low income category allocations, for the Monroe County project on Part Tract"E"and part of abandoned St.
Croix PI, Port Largo,Key Largo; and
WHEREAS, the BOCC is no longer proceeding with the affordable housing project at the subject
site; and
WHEREAS, BOCC rescinds Resolution 198-2019 which reserved five affordable housing
allocation awards;and
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY
COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA:
The Monroe County Board of County Commissioners rescinds the reservation for five(5) affordable
ROGO allocations, consisting of four(4) low income and one (1)very low income category allocations, for
the Monroe County project on Part Tract"E"and part of abandoned St.Croix PI, Port Largo, Key Largo.
