Raschein to Mr. Frank P. Toppino for his service on the Contractor's Examining Board and
Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: The Board first appointed Mr. Toppino on May 12tn
1999. Mr. Toppino was re-appointed by the BOCC to three year terms in April, 2005, February
2008, May 2011, and June 2014. On March 21, 2007, the BOCC approved advertising the
amendment to M.C.C. Section 6-85 repealing term limits for members of the CEB. The ordinance
was amended effective May 2, 2007 removing term limitations. He served on both the Contractor's
Examining Board and Construction Board of Adjustment and Appeals until September 10, 2019
