Resolution No. 252 -2020
A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE FINAL BUDGET FOR FISCAL YEAR 2021
WHEREAS,the Board of Governors of District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance,Monroe
County, Florida,pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200, Florida Statutes,did conduct a Public
Hearing on September 16, 2020,at 5:05 p.m.via Communications Media Technology("CMT")using a
Zoom Webinar platform,to amend and adopt a Final Budget for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2021,now,therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF GOVERNORS LOWER AND MIDDLE KEYS FIRE AND
AMBULANCE,MONROE COUNTY,FLORIDA,that the Budget of$15,893,392 be adopted as the Final
Budget for District 1 Lower and Middle Keys Fire and Ambulance for Fiscal Year 2021,and is hereby
adopted.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of Governors of District I Lower and Middle Keys Fire and
Ambulance of Monroe County,Florida,at a meeting of said Board held on the 16th day of September,AD
2020.
