AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of two buildable lots from Miguel A. & Vicki L. Jimenez
to Monroe County by Warranty Deed. The applicants receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending
July 13,2000, have filed the document in accordance with Ordinance No. 16-1992.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On February 23, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Miguel A. & Vicki L.
Jimenez submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On June 23,1992, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 016-1992.
