ITEM BACKGROUND: On February 23, 2000 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Robert L. & Patricia A.
Blommquist submitted the Warranty Deed to donate two lots to Monroe County.
