ITEM BACKGROUND: Both parties wish to extend the lease for the parking area. The County Attorney has been asked to
draft a new lease agreement. The current lease will expire April 15, 2002.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION. Approval of current agreement, 4/16/97.
CONTRACT/AGREEMENT CHANGES: Term will be extended and rent amount will be raised.
