AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Update on the preparation of an interlocal agreement between
Monroe County Land Authority and Monroe County regarding the administration of land acquisition
programs.
ITEM BACKGROUND: Staff from the Land Authority, County Attorney's Office, Planning and
Environmental Resources, Office of Management Budget, and the Assistance County Administrator
have been working on the referenced interlocal agreement. Staff will provide an update at the Board
meeting.
ADVISORY COMMITTEE ACTION: N/A
PREVIOUS RELEVANT GOVERNING BOARD ACTION: On May 19, 2021 the Board
directed staff to proceed with preparing the referenced agreement.
