AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval to designate Commissioner Mike Forster as the Bulk
Motion Maker (BMM) for the balance of his tenure on the Commission.
ITEM BACKGROUND: Every month, one commissioner is tasked with making the bulk motion
for all items that are non-controversial in nature and which no public speaker has asked to address
the commission on. It is a coveted assignment which each commissioner looks forward to fulfilling.
Commissioner Forster has demonstrated a keen ability to turn this mundane task into an entertaining
venture. Designating Commissioner Forster as the perpetual Bulk Motion Maker will ensure that
this entertainment will continue.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: 5/25/21 Workshop, discussion was held to designate
Commissioner Forster as the Bulk Motion Maker.
