AGENDA ITEM WORDING: Approval for the transfer of one buildable lot from Franco Piacibello & Alessandra
Boschini to Monroe County by Warranty Deed.
ITEM BACKGROUND: On March 10, 2004 the Planning Commission approved an allocation award for the
applicants listed below provided the applicants' Warranty Deed is approved by the BOCC. Franco Piacibello &
Alessandra Boschini submitted the Warranty Deed to donate one lot to Monroe County. The applicants are
receiving a dwelling unit allocation award for the year ending July 13,2004, have filed the document in accordance
with Ordinance No. 47-1999.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOARD ACTION: On November 11, 1999, the BOCC adopted Ordinance No. 047-
1999.

THIS WARRANTY DEED, made the 20th day of October, 2003 by Franco Piacibello and Alessandra Boschini,
husband and wife, herein called the grantors, to COUNTY OF MONROE, a political subdivision of the State of
Florida, whose post office address is clo Board of County Commissioners, 500 Whitehead Street, Key West, FL
33040, of the County of Monroe, State of Florida, hereinafter called the Grantees:

representatives and assigns of individuals. and the successors and assigns of corporations)
WIT N E SSE T H: That the grantors, for and in consideration of the sum of TEN AND OOIIOO'S ($10.00)
Dollars and other valuable considerations, receipt whereof is hereby acknowledged, hereby grants, bargains, sells,
aliens, remises, releases, conveys and confirms unto the grantee all that certain land situate in Monroe County, State
of Florida, viz,:
Lot 40, Block 5, HARRIS OCEAN PARK ESTATES, according to the Plat thereof, as recorded in Plat
Book 4 at Page 126 of the Public Records of Monroe County, Florida.
TOGETHER, with all the tenements, hereditaments and appurtenances thereto belonging or in anywise
appertaining,
TO HA VE AND TO HOLD, the same in fee simple forever.
AND, the grantor hereby covenants with said grantees that the grantor is lawfully seized of said land in fee simple;
that the grantor has good right and lawful authority to sell and convey said land, and hereby warrants the title to said
land and will defend the same against the lawful claims of all persons whomsoever; and that said land is free of all
encumbrances, except taxes accruing subsequent to the date of transfer.
