It is hereby agreed and understood that the property which the Sellers agree to sell and the Purchaser agrees to buy described as, Lot IB, Block 3 of Harbor Shores Subdivision as recorded in Monroe County Plat Book 3 Page 68, RE No. 00522220-000000, includes an approximate 2,500 square foot building in "AS IS" condition with the exception of the following items being completed and paid for by the Sellers: · Four (4) 2-Ton, 12 S.E.E.R. Split air conditioning systems with heat, stands, and 5 thermostats including the installation of the refrigeration lines and condensate drain lines.
