This item was incorrectly scheduled for the June 15,2005 Board of County Commissioners
meeting in Marathon and has been rescheduled and will be readvertised for the July 20,
2005 meeting at the Harvey Government Center in Key West.
ITEM BACKGROUND: R&S of Key West, Inc. is requesting an amendment to the land use
designation from Orban Residential Mobil Home (URM) to Mixed Ose (MU) for the purpose of
complying with the Future Land Use Map to pennit site improvements and potential
redevelopment of the property.
