ITEM BACKGROUND: Sealed Bids for the 41h Automobile Rental Concession at the Florida Keys
Marathon Airport were opened at the Purchasing Office on May 10, 2005. One bid was received from
The Hertz Corporation as summarized on the attached bid Tabulation Sheet.
A Concession Agreement will be prepared for presentation at a future meeting for BOCC consideration.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: BOCC approved advertising a Notice of Calling for
Bids for Automobile Rental Concession at the Florida Keys Marathon Airport.
