Resolution 275-2021 BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS Resolution No. 275 -2021 A RESOLUTION ADOPTING THE TENTATIVE MILLAGE RATES FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022 WHEREAS,the Board of County Commissioners, Monroe County, Florida,pursuant to the provisions of Chapters 129 and 200,Florida Statutes, did conduct a Public Hearing on September 8, 2021, at 5:05 p.m.via Communications Media Technology("CMT")using a Zoom Webinar platform,to amend and adopt a Tentative Millage Rate for each district for Fiscal Year 2022, now,therefore, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS,MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA,that the following Millage Rates be adopted as the Tentative Millage Rates for Fiscal Year 2022, and is hereby adopted as follows: , County Commissioners 2.5781 General Purpose MSTU 0.1725 Local Road Patrol Law Enforcement Dist. 0.3203 Lower and Middle Keys Fire&Amb. Dist. 1 2.0069 Middle Keys Health Care MSTU 0.5000 BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD that the aggregate millage rate be adopted as the Tentative Aggregate Millage Rate is 3.3273 for Fiscal Year 2022 which is higher than the rolled-back millage rate of 3.1548 by 5.47%.
