Juvenile Justice on Stock Island.
ITEM BACKGROUND: This is a five (5) year lease extension for the Department of Juvenile
Justice probation services on the second floor of the DJJ building on Stock Island. The extension
term is five (5) years from 1 November 2022 through 31 October 2027. The rental amounts increase
that the state requested relief due to budget constraints. The monthly rental amount beginning
November 1, 2022, will be $4,997.40 for an annual rental of $59,968.75 for the first year.
