Agreement and to replace with corrected pricing quote#6707480. Total cost for 36 month term
changes from $272,000.22 to $353,445.33.
ITEM BACKGROUND: In July of 2013 the Board of County Conunissioners approved the renewal
of our Microsoft Volume Licensing agreement. The price quotation #6748804 was in error. The
overall agreement with Microsoft and the licensing quantities are correct. We request the board
approve the substitution of the correct quote#6707480 which is the correct pricing under our contract.

In processing your Enterprise Agreement renewal,we noticed an error in your quote. The pricing from quote 6748804 should
have been that of quote 6707480. Microsoft would not accept the pricing from the first quote so in order to process your EA
renewal,I will need your approval to process the correct quote. Please see the attached quote.
