A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF
COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY,FLORIDA,ADOPTING THE FINAL
RESIDENTIAL SOLID WASTE
COLLECTION,DISPOSAL AND RECYCLING
RATES FOR THE FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE
COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows:
Section 1. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Collection of Residential
Solid Waste:
1. For each single family home - $215.20 per annum;
2. For each mobile home- $215.20 per annum;
3. For each multi-family unit- $215.20 per annum.
Section 2. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Disposal of Residential
Solid Waste:
1. For each single family home - $173.10 per annum;
2. For each mobile home- $173.10 per annum;
3. For each multi-family unit- $173.10 per annum.
Section 3. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Recycling of Residential
Solid Waste:
1. For each single family home - $57.70 per annum;
2. For each mobile home- $57.70 per annum;
3. For each multi-family unit- $57.70 per annum.
Section 4. The Board hereby adopts the following final rates for Fiscal year 2022-2023:
1. For each single family home - $446.00 per annum;
2. For each mobile home- $446.00 per annum;
3. For each multi-family unit- $446.00 per annum.
Section 5. The Board hereby directs the Monroe County Clerk to transmit this executed
Resolution to the Monroe County Property Appraiser and Monroe County Tax Collector.

at a meeting of said Board held on the 17'h day of August 2022.
