Resolution 284-2022 RESOLUTION NO. 284 - 2022 A RESOLUTION OF THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA ESTABLISHING THE FINAL PER MONTH SOLID WASTE COLLECTION SERVICE RATES FOR COMMERCIAL PROPERTY IN THE VARIOUS SOLID WASTE COLLECTION FRANCHISE AREAS FOR FISCAL YEAR 2022-2023. BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY, FLORIDA, as follows: Section 1. Pursuant to the solid waste collection agreements entered into between the County as Franchisor and the solid waste collectors as Franchisees, the solid waste servlice rates for commer&ial property, as defined in Sec. 21.46, Monroe County Code, are hereby adjusted in each district, on a per month basis as follows.
