A RESOLUTION CONCERNING THE RECEIPT OF UNANTICIPATED FUNDS
WHEREAS,it is necessary for the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida,to increase items to
account for unanticipated funds in the Monroe County Budget for.the Fiscal Year 2023,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA,that the following accounts of the Monroe County Budget for the Fiscal Year.2023,be and the same is
hereby increased by the amount hereinafter set forth:

Letter Amendment(Amendment No.2)
This is in response to your letter submitted September 14, 2022, requesting an amendment to the Grant
Agreement for the subject AIP project to: increase the maximum obligation of the United States as set
forth in the Grant Agreement accepted by the Sponsor,on August 19, 2019 as amended on February 6,
2023.This letter,together with your letter, effects the amendment, as requested, and commits the
Federal Aviation Administration, acting for and on behalf of the United States of America,to increase
the maximum obligation of the United States by$289,511 (from $9,332,955 to$9,622,466)to cover the
Federal share of the total actual eligible and allowable project costs.
Under the terms of the Grant Agreement,this document is incorporated into and constitutes
Amendment No. 2 to the above referenced Grant Agreement.All other terms and conditions of the
Grant Agreement remain in full force and effect.
