ITEM BACKGROUND: On June 1, 2006, four bids were received and opened, and Weathertrol
provided the lowest, conforming, responsible bid.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: Funding was approved in the FY2006 adopted budget
to replace this equipment, which is over 13 years old and beyond economical repair.
