I have the papers showing their proposed GMP before value engineering and after. Legal suggested that we may wish to remove the item from bulk. Dixie has been asking lots of questions and we have provided her with the information. The agenda item does not address the rejection of the GMP as presented to us at our meeting on 05-24- 06. At that meeting we could not reach agreement on getting the project in budget. There was a consensus at the meeting that without a significant change in the scope of the project TTG could not build it for the budget we have and that we would have to seek other means to try to get the project built with our budget.
