ITEM BACKGROUND: The BOCC approved an amendment to the employment agreement
with the County Administrator authorizing a County vehicle in lieu of a transportation allowance.
PREVIOUS RELEVANT BOCC ACTION: On November 16,2005, the Board approved the
amendment to employment agreement providing for the assignment of a County vehicle in lieu
of a transportation allowance, and on December 21,2005, the Board approved a Resolution
Transferring Funds in the amount of $26,416 for same.
