Approval to advertise the position of Affordable Housing Coordinator to assist public and private
entities in achieving progress in meeting the County's affordable housing goals.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
The number and complexity of affordable housing projects in the planning process necessitates the
addition of this staff position to perform project coordination and be the liaison for proposed and
pending projects. Salary and job description to be determined depending upon qualifications and
experience. Position to report directly to County Administrator.
