This item was reviewed by the Development Review Committee on April 25, 2006. This item was reviewed and
recommended for approval by the Planning Connnission on May 24, 2006. Due to additional comments received at
and after the Planning Commission meeting, staff is requesting additional time to incorporate the comments.
