A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 164-2023
WHEREAS, Resolution Number 164-2023, heretofore enacted for the purpose of unanticipated funds, contains
erroneous information,and
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BV THE BOARD OF COUNTV COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTV,
FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 164-2023 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of the
transferring funds in Fiscal Year 2023 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and
adopted on May 17,2023 is hereby amended:
