in 1983, the Club is owned and managed by its own membership, with primary purpose
of providing a safe and anonymous environment for the currtjnt 64 tWe~ve s~ep meetings
held per week on Club property. 1
Considering that the rates of substance abuse and addiction are ilire, ti"1'" higher in
disabled persons than in ilie general population, ilie Club has con~sten~Y provided

complete disabled access and hired several disabled Club mtmtgers and lmp~oyees.
For making twelve step recovery programs available to the disabled cit~zen~ and visitors
