ITEM BACKGROUND: Elaine New filed an Affordable Housing Deed Restriction on May 25, 1989,
for Lot 46, Block 7, Indian Mound Estates, Sugarloaf Key, Real Estate Number OOl70220.0000000.
The Anidavit of Qualification for Affordable Housing specified a ten year term for the affordable
housing requirements from the issuance of the certificate of occupancy. The certificate of occupancy
was issued September 28, 1989. The restriction expired September 28, 1999.

Notice is hereby given that:
The Notice of Deferred Payment of Impact Fees was for a period of ten years from
the issuance of the certificate of occupancy. The certificate of occupancy was
issued on September 28, 1989. The Affordable Housing Deed Restriction filed by
Elaine New, on May 25, 1989, and recorded in the Monroe County Official
Records File #591092, Book #1093, and Page #0870 encumbering the property
described as follows:
