Enforcement lien to remain filed and imposed during its regular meeting scheduled for August 19,
2009 in Key Largo.
ITEM BACKGROUND:
Legal staff requires approval to voluntarily dismiss both of the foreclosure actions mentioned above
and to allow the Code Enforcement Lien to remain filed and imposed in accordance with BOCC
discussion. at 7/15/2009 Closed Session,
