ITEM BACKGROUND:
The Board approved holding two (2) Closed Sessions at the next regularly scheduled BOCC meeting on
June 18, 2008 in Marathon, FL for 2:30 p.rn. in the case of Department of Community Affairs v.
Monroe County. et ai, DOAH 08-2035 and 3:00 p.m. in the case of Celeste Bruno v. Monroe Countv,
CV 07-10117. Several 3:00 p.m. Public Hearings were also approved by the Board for June 18, 2008
creating a scheduling conflict and requiring the Closed Session times to be rescheduled.
