A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NUMBER 059-2024
Resolution Number 059-2024, heretofore enacted for the purpose of transferring funds, contains erroneous
information,and
WHEREAS,it is the desire of the Commission to rectify by amendment such errors,now therefore,
BE IT RESOLVED BY THE BOARD OF COUNTY COMMISSIONERS OF MONROE COUNTY,
FLORIDA, that Resolution No. 059-2024 previously set up in the Monroe County Budget for the purpose of the
transferring funds in Fiscal Year 2024 contained certain erroneous information and said resolution, passed and
adopted on February 21 St,2024,is hereby amended:
Fund: #117-TDC District 1,3 Cent
From: 117-5590-77040-530460-SC_00062 Repair and Maintenance
Cost Center: #77040-TDC Bricks and Mortar
Amount: $720,911.00
To: 117-5590-77042-530310-SC_00039 Resources
Cost Center: #77042-DAC I Capital Projects
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED BY SAID BOARD,that the Clerk of said Board,upon receipt of the above,is
hereby authorized and directed to make the necessary changes of said items,as set forth above.
PASSED AND ADOPTED by the Board of County Commissioners of Monroe County, Florida, at a regular
meeting of said Board held on the 20th day of March,AD 2024.
